• Each user may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts from the same person, address, or device is prohibited.

• Your account password must be strong and must not be shared with anyone.
• Users are solely responsible for the security of their accounts. If unauthorized access is suspected, apkzup must be notified immediately.
• Upon receiving a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification request, you must submit the required documents within the specified timeframe.

Deposits and withdrawals at Apkzup are fully transparent and secure. We support popular Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted — transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be limited. Completing KYC verification will increase your withdrawal limit.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, Apkzup may temporarily place a hold on any transaction.
• If a deposit fails, please contact your bank or mobile banking provider — Apkzup is not responsible in such cases.

Apkzup offers its players a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the offers page. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically 8x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Attempting to abuse or fraudulently claim bonuses may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Apkzup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

All players must follow certain rules when betting and playing games on Apkzup. These rules apply equally to everyone and are designed to ensure a fair gaming environment.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cashout option is available for that game.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, Apkzup reserves the right to void that bet and issue a refund.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• In live betting, server latency may cause a delay in bet acceptance — in such cases, Apkzup's decision is final.
• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by a third party.
• Any disputes regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

Apkzup ensures that all games are conducted fairly and transparently. Every game on our platform is supplied by internationally certified software providers and undergoes regular audits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Apkzup platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal another user's information.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources on Apkzup.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game software for personal gain.
• Colluding with others to manipulate the system through coordinated betting (collusion).
• Threatening, harassing, or being abusive toward other players or Apkzup staff.
• Attempting to access our services from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

Apkzup reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the circumstances listed below. Users are generally notified before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.

• Violating any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering an account with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to submit required KYC verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When a user submits a self-exclusion request.

Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded to the user, provided it is deemed legitimate. However, balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be refunded.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
